    Traditional Wines...

    • Sparkling wine

With its list of autochthonous varieties, Croatia follows new global oenological trends, and nowadays, unlike thirty years ago, can compete in quality with world class sparkling wines. And while France prides itself with the Champagne region, Croatia prides itself with the region of Plešivica. Do try some of the renowned sparkling wines of Plešivica.

    • Samobor bermet

Traditional and well-known Samobor bermet as a refined aperitif has been associated with Samobor for centuries. It is an indispensable aperitif before the first course of a meal or a drink sipped casually in a good company. Although its ingredients are more or less known, the method of preparation is specific to each family that produces it, so each Samobor bermet varies in bitterness and sweetness. It is produced from red wine and selected ingredients of fruits and herbs.

    • It's majesty - kraljevina zelina

Since ancient times, the vineyards on the foothills of Zelina have been interspersed by fragrant, pink grapes of the variety of kraljevina, i.e. imbrina, used to produce light, drinkable wine, ideal for refreshment and savouring. It is a light, drinkable and fresh wine perfectly paired with food and its characteristic gentle aroma associates of a summer day, which makes it an ideal summer refreshing drink served with various dishes.
